During the year the company paid expenses on behalf of the director totalling £12,424 (2024 - £5,929).

During the year funds were introduced by the director totalling £17,306 (2024 - £7,041).

At the year end the company owed the director £2,305 which is included in other creditors (2024 - £2,577 which is included in other debtors).

The amount due is interest free and repayable on demand.

For the year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
