Company status and service charge funds |

The company is a non-profit residents’ property management company. All income and expenditure relate solely to service charge funds collected from leaseholders, which are held in separate service charge bank accounts and are not the company’s own funds. The company has no income, expenditure, assets, or liabilities of its own, other than certain expenses reimbursed by the members through service charges. All service charge transactions and balances are reported to the leaseholders in separate service charge accounts. |
