| During the year the company made various loans to the director, some of which were repaid during the year. Interest is charged annually on 5th April at a commercial rate for the period when the total balance owed was more than £10,000. The amount owed at the year-end was £152,136. The maximum amount outstanding on the loans during the year was £153,770. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
