| In addition to the loans of £19,750 to D Windle and £19,749 to Mrs N Windle that were outstanding at the start of the year, the company made various further loans to its directors. These were cleared by 23 December 2024. The company then made further loans. The amounts owed at the year-end were £23,415 and £23,415 respectively. The maximum amounts outstanding during the year were £23,612 and £23,612 respectively. Interest is charged each 5 April at a commercial rate on any balances in excess of £10,000. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
