The directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

General information

23 to 29 Shamblehurst Lane Management Limited, (06442853 ), is a private limited company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office at North Point, Stafford Drive, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, SY1 3BF.

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts of the managed property in accordance with the lease or ground rent collected on behalf of the freehold owner of the site the company is responsible for. Income and expenditure arising from the service charge transactions are shown in service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts for the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are held in trust for the residents.  The ground rent collected is now being recorded in the company accounts from 1 April 2023 onwards, along with any balance sheet items connected to the ground rent.
