2Off balance sheet arrangements
Oliver Elliot Limited ("the Company") entered into an asset purchase agreement with Oury Clark
Accountants ("OCA") with effect from 1 July 2019, to take an assignment of certain business
appointments previously performed by a part of the insolvency practice carried on by OCA that
remain to be billed or performed. The Company's obligation to OCA is dependent upon the
associated work in progress collected by the Company.
