The company manages the grounds of three community hospitals in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. The workforce entirely comprises three teams of mixed ability volunteers. The hospital community of patients, staff and visitors benefit from the high quality environment, and the voluteers enjoy purposeful physical activity outdoors helping their physical and mental health.
The key stakeholders are the volunteers. They are involved in the decisions of the company weekly during tea breaks. The hospital management on the three sites are also met on a weekly basis, and a company representative meets with League of Friends generally monthly.
