Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, French Lane Barns Ltd received loans from UPS Investments Ltd, the balance at the year end was £48,500 (2024: £48,500). Andrew Wood, Director is also the Director and Shareholder in UPS Investments Ltd. During the year, French Lane Barns Ltd received loans from Best Bricky Development Ltd, the balance at the year end was £7,304 (2024: £6,000). Stuart Crompton, Director is also the Director and Shareholder in Best Bricky Development Ltd.
Additional Disclosures
The directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements which assumes that the company will continue in operation for the foreseeable future. The directors fully understand and acknowledge the financial position of the business and believe that no further disclosures relating to the company's ability to continue as a going concern need to be made in the financial statements.
