1. General Information
Brownlee Preserves Ltd. is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in Northern Ireland, registered number NI627554 . The registered office is 45 Dungannon Road, Portadown, Craigavon, Armagh, BT62 1LG.
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed the company’s financial position and consider this basis appropriate, noting that the company remains reliant on their continued financial support. The directors confirm that they intend to provide such support as necessary to enable the company to meet its obligations as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts.
2. Average Number of Employees

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
