For the financial year ending 30 April 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;

3. Going concern

The balance sheet is in a net deficit position at the year end. The company does not trade but suffered a loss in current and previous year due to administrative costs. The directors have agreed to support the company to ensure that all liabilities are paid as they fall due and will not seek repayment of funds provided to do so until sufficient reserves are available therefore they are satisfied that the going concern status is appropriate. They have considered a period of 12 months from the approval of these accounts.
