1.Accounting policies
Statutory information
The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.
Statement of compliance
The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102 Section 1A as it applies to the financial statements for the period and there were no material departures from the reporting standard.
Turnover policy
Turnover represents rents receivable from investment properties, net of discounts and value added taxes.
Revenue from sale of goods
Revenue from the sale of goods is recognised when the company has transferred to the buyer the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods, usually when goods are delivered and legal title has passed. Providing the amount of revenue can be measured reliably, it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction will flow to the company and the costs incurred or to be incurred in respect of the transition can be measured reliably.
Current taxation
Current tax is recognised on taxable profit for the current and past periods. Current tax is measured at the amounts of tax expected to pay or recover using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted at the reporting date.
Investment property
Investment property is recognised at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss.

The director is the only employee and receives no remuneration.

3.Investment property
The value of the investment properties, which have been included at cost, has been considered by the director. The director considers this to be an appropriate value as at the balance sheet date.

Short term creditors are measured at transaction price (which is usually the invoice price). Loans and other financial liabilities are initially recognised at transaction price net of any transaction costs and subsequently measured at amortised cost determined using the effective interest method.
5.Related party transactions
QIK Group Ltd - a related company by virtue of common control: During the year, the company received rental income/service charges of £74,400 (net of VAT) (2024 - £98,989) from the related company. At the balance sheet date, the company was owed £151,696 (2024- £7,000) by the related entity. Transactions with the shareholders: During the year, a dividend of £24,000 (2024 - £48,000) was paid to the shareholders. Transactions with the directors: At the balance sheet date the company owed £2,922 (2024 - £2,922) to the director which is an interest free loan with no fixed date for repayment.
