The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

Members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. A profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Notes to the Accounts
for the year ended 31 March 2025

1	Accounting policies
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.


2	Change in basis of prepration

	The Company is a non-profit-making organisation established to manage the property at Florence Court, 9 Dene Road, Northwood, on behalf of the leaseholders. The Company does not trade and receives no income in its own name. In accordance with ICAEW Technical Release Tech 03/11, separate service charge accounts are prepared in addition to the Company’s statutory accounts. Expenditure relating to the management of the property is settled on behalf of the Company by the director(s) through the service charge fund and is reflected solely within the service charge accounts. Historically, the Company prepared its financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A. However, as the Company incurs no expenditure and generates no income in its own name, it meets the conditions to prepare dormant company accounts under the Companies Act 2006. Accordingly, dormant accounts have been prepared for the current year, and comparative figures have been restated to reflect this basis.
