The director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future due to the support of Nest Egg Property Investments Limited, who have confirmed they will not withdraw their loan to the company within the next twelve months. Thus, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
