Directors' benefits: advances, credit and guarantees
The company made the following loans and advances to directors:
Advances to Directors
During the year £6,506 was advanced to a director and £6,506 was subsequently repaid. The balance owed by the director at the beginning of the year was £0 and at the end of the year was £0. The loan is interest free, unsecured and has no repayment terms.
During the year £10,030 was advanced to a director and £19,000 was subsequently repaid. The balance owed by the director at the beginning of the year was £8,970 and at the end of the year was £0. The loan is interest free, unsecured and has no repayment terms.

Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies
The company made the following capital commitments:
Bounce Back Loan
The company has taken out a Bounce Back loan, to ensure business continuity during the Covid-19 crisis. At the year end £4,492 (2024 - £8,086) was still outstanding. In line with all such loans, 100% of this loan guaranteed by the UK Government.

888 Red Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Brook House, The Common, Chippenham, WILTSHIRE, England, SN15 2JJ.
For the year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true
