| The company extended the lease in respect of Flat 2 on the 24th April 2017 and the premium represented a recovery of the costs incurred by the owners of the individual flats when acquiring the freehold interest. The amount received will used to fund the future maintenance costs of the property for the mutual benefit of the leaseholders. |
