1. Statutory Information

2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities.
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added taxes. Turnover includes revenue earned for the rendering of services.

Current Tax
The Corporation tax due for the financial year was £140,586. In addition an accrual has been made for £10952 which relates to an underpayment of tax for FY24 mainly due to overclaimed first year capital allowances where a commercial vehicle had been treated incorrectly.
Tangible Fixed Asset Policy
All depreciation is carried out on a straight line basis to zero value. Vehicles are depreciated over a 5 year period and office equipment over a two year period.

Intangible Asset Policy
Intangible assets are stated at cost less accumulated amortisation and impairment losses. The assets are reviewed for impairment if the above factors indicate the carrying amount may be impaired.
Deferred Tax
There is no deferred tax arising.
