1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year were 2 (2024: 2).

3.	Director Advances Credits Note There is £13,383.46 owed to the company. The loan balance attracts loan interest chaged 2.25% per annual, is unsecured and has no fixed terms of repayment.
