During the year, the company continued to advance loans to its director. During the year, the balance outstanding under this arrangement reduced from £310,881 to £228,769 as a result of repayments made exceeding further advances.

Interest was charged on the outstanding balance at the rate of 2.25%. The total of interest payable during the year, which has been added to the loan, was £5,445.
