Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 1 (2024: 1).

2. Directors advances, credit and guarantees

   At the year end the company owed a Director £390,000 (2024: £390,000). At the year end, the company has loan debtors and creditors of £343,064 (2024: £344,012) and £38,608 (2024: £38,608) respectively with companies related by virtue of common control and Directorship.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
