The company ceased trading activities on 31 May 2024. Consequently, the accounting period has been extended to 30 June 2025 to facilitate the orderly winding up of the company. The director has confirmed the intention to voluntarily liquidate the company following the completion and submission of the financial statements for the period ending 30 June 2025. As a result, these financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis but rather on a break-up basis, reflecting the company's intention to realise its assets and settle its liabilities in the normal course of winding up.
