Open Food Network U.K has set up an online trading platform enabling food and drink producers to promote their products, distribute each other’s products and sell their products through an increasing network of food hubs, community shops, markets and food co-ops. This network is increasing food sovereignty and helping communities re-build strong and resilient local food economies.
Open Food Network U.K is a platform cooperative in which all the online shopfront users are members and can contribute to the growth and direction of the Company. Some of these users are non-executive directors of the Company. All of these users have access to an online forum which is used to set priorities for the development of the Open Food Network system.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
