The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period the director had a loan account with the company. At 1 April 2024 the director owed the company £146,376. During the year the company provided loan advances of £203,602 and the director made repayments of £117,995. At 31st March 2025 the director owed the company £231,983. Interest of £4,209 has been calculated and charged on this loan using HM Revenue and Customs official rate for beneficial loan arrangements.
