The company made the following loans and advances to directors:

During the year £34,960 was advanced to a director and £68,735 was subsequently repaid. The balance owed by the director at the beginning of the year was £33,775 and at the end of the year was £0. The loan was charged 2.25% interest, when overdrawn by more than £10,000, and is repaid by the year end.

During the year £314 was advanced to a director and £314 was subsequently repaid. The balance owed by the director at the beginning of the year was £0 and at the end of the year was £0 owed to the company. The loan was charged 2.25% interest, when overdrawn by more than £10,000, and is repaid by the year end.

The company made the following capital commitments:

The company had net obligations under hire purchase contracts totalling £115,904 (2024 - £164,801) which are secured.

The HP contracts are secured over the assets concerned.

The company has taken out a Bounce Back Loan, to ensure business continuity during the Covid-19 crisis. At the year end £8,875 (2024 - £15,975) was still outstanding. In line with all such loans, 100% of this loan is guaranteed by the UK Government.

For the year ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
