For the financial year ending 31 March 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

At 1 April 2024 the balance owed from the director was £5,632. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £30,719 and received repayments of £27,765 leaving a balance due from the director of £8,586.

At 1 August 2023 the balance owed from the director was £6,909. During the year, the company made advances to the director amounting to £37,992 and received repayments of £39,269 leaving a balance due from the director of £5,632.

The Director's loan account is repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.
