The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis although the Balance Sheet is showing an insolvent position. The company is dependent in its day to day activities on the support of its director and it's Bank Loan. We have no reason to suppose that this support will not continue. The going concern basis of preparation of these accounts is thus considered to be appropriate.
