These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Contingent Liabilities
The company has contracted to pay additional remuneration to certain directors in the event the company achieves a cumulative debt or equity instrument of at least £361,500 in the future.
