The company runs wellbeing services for clients in the charity, community and corporate sector with a particular emphasis on wellbeing, lived experience, healing and workplace wellbeing. The work delivered supports staff in the workplace and in communities. During the financial year 2023-2024 the companies activities have benefited the community in the following ways: Self care talks and holistic practices -15 organisations were provided with wellbeing in the workplace support through talks, workshops and sessions led by the company's freelance therapists and psychologists. -7 well-being workshops were hosted for local communities and clients (talking therapy) -10 online wellbeing sessions for people experience compassion fatigue, anxiety and burnout. Aimed at social impact organisations. Volunteer Support & Wellbeing Research Project The company took on 25 ad-hoc volunteers who supported on various projects throughout the year. They supported research projects on exploring what organisations and communities needed for their wellbeing. -Provided 16 organisation interviews and feedback -Provided 7 community feedback groups -Developed feedback responses which supported the companies approach to wellbeing. Wellbeing Session Support -The company provided over 89 people with wellbeing sessions who work in are in local london communities, work in social impact or in charitable organisations. This support was also needed during the August month due to current affairs in the UK, providing support to those impacted. -12 therapists worked on this project - 2 funders supported this work -10 organisations were supported - 89 people were supported - This impacts communities working in social impact organisations, including charities. Wellbeing Programmes -The company created a freelance programme team that consisted of 3 professionals to create a wellbeing programme called the ‘Taking Care of You’ programme. This was designed for people who work in the migration and refugee sector. -This programme supported x12 attendees from different roles in the sector. - The company collaborated with x2 different local communities/businesses to support the programme. -The feedback on this was incredibly positive all attendees said this changed their perspective in the workplace and helped with self-care and wellbeing practices. - The collective has been funded for 2025 to repeat the same programme.
The stakeholders are local communities in London & charities, foundations and corporate businesses who are looking to support staff wellbeing. The director of the company has lived in London's local communities for a number of years and worked across various sectors. The director developed the business structure to service inside and outside of the workplace to ensure well-being is supported across all spectrums. We ask all community members and clients/ organisations who have used our services for the first time to fill out a short feedback form about their needs and thoughts on the supplied service. Our research has enabled us to identify the following: -Most lived experienced staff in the charity sector are burnt out and in need of consistent well-being support resulting to 80% stating more ongoing well-being support. -76% of community members have enjoyed our services but would like more group wellbeing sessions. - 85% of schools we worked with said they would like more educational and creative wellbeing sessions, as students received information clearly. -80% of our stakeholders who took part in our wellbeing services said they would like to continue with the same therapist/ facilitator in the future.
