The company's activities are to promote positive physical and mental health. We offer a wide range of free activities to the local community, with a hope to promote better mental health through physical fitness. Some of our activities are as per below: Running club based at a running track Boxing circuit based in a boxing gym Local hikes at varying venues Football matches at varying venues Social media posts to promote positive mental health and well-being WhatsApp groups for Community Spirit 's
