For the period ended 31 December 2024 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The Company has opted not to file the income statement in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1.	General information

Sidara Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006. The address of the registered office is 150 Holborn, London, United Kingdom, EC1N 2NS .

2.Accounting policies

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

The company's functional and presentational currency is GBP and the financial statements have been rounded to the nearest £1.

The financial statements are for the period 26 March 2024 to 31 December 2024.

No significant judgements have been made by management in preparing these financial statements

The ultimate parent undertaking and the smallest and largest group to consolidate these financial statements is Dar Al-Handasah Consultants Shair and Partners Holdings Ltd. The address of the ultimate parent's registered office is Unit 2401, Level 24, Index Tower, Dubai International Finance Centre, Dubai, 506855, United Arab Emirates.
