Company activities and impact

The company facilitates community groups with a particular emphasis on supporting individuals and families affected by Dementia. Within each group we provided a range of sessional activities to motivate and encourage interaction. We create opportunities for families to enjoy 'moments' to share together during their challenging journey. During this financial year 2024 - March 2025 the company activities have benefited the community in the following ways: :Offering a relaxed, safe inclusive space for people living with Dementia and their families :Providing support and advice :Reducing social isolation, promoting socialization :Promoting wellbeing, purpose and boosting confidence :Helping to maintain skills and learn new skills :Increasing awareness of Dementia within our communities

Consultation with stakeholders

Every month the visitors to the groups are invited to give feedback and suggestions with a verbal group pen conversation. The group offer suggestions of activities they would like to try and we then facilitate these where possible. Feedback with the structure and facilitation of the groups is very satisfactory and happy with it as it is.
