During this financial year, Amari Rae FDN CIC delivered programmes that support children and young people aged 9–25 across London and surrounding areas, focusing on: - Violence reduction & youth safety - Mental health and wellbeing - Employment readiness and life skills - Sexual consent & VAWG awareness - Financial literacy - Workshops for schools, PRUs, youth justice services, and community settings Over 300 workshops were delivered, reaching over 1000 young people and families. Feedback collected via surveys and partner schools shows: - Improved awareness of risk and safety - Increased confidence - Positive behavioural change - Increased understanding of mental health and consent Our work directly addresses community needs by offering early intervention, support, and youth empowerment.
The CIC regularly engages with: - Schools and youth organisations - Parents and carers - Local authority partners - Youth Justice Services - Funding partners - Young people themselves Consultation methods included: - Feedback forms and evaluation surveys - Regular meetings with schools and partner organisations - Reviewing safeguarding and engagement data - Youth voice activities to ensure young people influence programme design
