Company activities and impact

A-MAT Housing Association provides accommodation and support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.

Consultation with stakeholders

Engaging with local employers for apprenticeships increases local confidence in people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other vulnerable people, treating everyone fairly and providing employers with skilled labour. As they come together to deliver projects, virtually enhanced new relationships will help reduce isolation. Participants are more engaged within their communities as projects will bring people facing to work together. Resultantly, develop skills due to improved opportunities. Participants will feel confident in raising awareness on Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other vulnerable people. As they reach their potential through projects, they will feel empowered and positive about their future life prospects.
