General information

5ON Group Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is given in the company information page of these financial statements.
The company was incorporated on the 21 June 2024. As a result, this is the company's first set of accounts which represents a 13 month period from incorporation to 30 June 2025.
The presentational currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).
The significant accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below.

Average number of employees

The average monthly number of employees, including directors, during the period was 2.

The directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
