Principal activities of the company

Echo Dance C.I.C. was incorporated as a community dance organisation. During the period, the company did not carry out trading activities and generated no income. The period was used for initial set-up and planning in preparation for future community dance activities.

No political or charitable donations were made during the period.

The company had no employees during the period. Accordingly, no policy relating to disabled employees was applicable

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
