Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

At the period end, a balance of £158,471 was owed by a partnership in which one of the directors is a partner (2024 - £82,152). During the period £124,583 was advanced and £50,464 was repaid. Interest is charged at 2.25% resulting in a charge of £2,200 for the period. The loan is repayable on demand.

In addition, balances of £5,365 and £581 were due from directors of the company (2024 - £1,725 and NIL). During the period £3,640 and £581 were advanced respectively. There was no interest charged and the loans are repayable on demand.
