Additional information
Turnover for the year ended 31 March 2025 grew to £1.32m (2024 - £1.17m), representing a 12.4% increase for the year. The Company has further invested in additional resources to continue to improve customer satisfaction through greater stock availability, accessibility and responsiveness to staff and increased delivery capability. This we believe will support and develop future growth for the business. Included within current liabilities for the year ended 31 March 2025 are loans due to B and KJ Tickner (the majority shareholders) amounting to £380,652. These funds have been provided to the Company to assist with working capital as the business continues to develop. Further significant investment in 2025/26 will be made in inventory, as our product range develops alongside our customer reach and new business customers. We will be continuing our strategy of developing our national reach through the Company websites.
