The following reproduces text of the Accountants' Report prepared in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements, from which the unaudited financial statements set out on pages 2 to 3 have been extracted.
"In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Clements Estate Agents Limited for the year ended 31 March 2025 set out on pages 3 to 5 from the company’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Clements Estate Agents Limited, as a body, in accordance with our terms of engagement. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Clements Estate Agents Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Clements Estate Agents Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with the requirements of ICAS as detailed at https://icas.com/icas-framework-preparation-of-accounts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the company and its Board of Directors, as a body, for our work or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that Clements Estate Agents Limited has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory financial statements that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit of Clements Estate Agents Limited. You consider that Clements Estate Agents Limited is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.
We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the financial statements of Clements Estate Agents Limited. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory financial statements.
The average number of persons, including directors, employed by the company during the year was as follows:
The long-term bank loan is secured by a first legal charge over freehold property at 45 Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1LD and charge over Company Debenture given by Clements Estate Agents Limited, whilst bounce back loan of £13,899 (2024: £23,274) is backed by the British Business Bank on behalf of and with the financial backing of the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
During the year, the company has entered into hire purchase agreements, which are included in fixed assets. The outstanding balance on the hire purchase loans at the year-end were £131,656 (2024: £123,119).
Clements Estate Agents Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 45 Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1LD.
The directors of the company have taken advantage under section 444 of Companies Act 2006 to not deliver the profit and loss account and the directors' report within the financial statements.
