The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 March 2025

Principal Activities

We traded exchange resins for water treatment of major manufacturers. Due to inflation & prices instability, our sales were low. We are now exploring providing consultancy services for implementing Sustainable strategies for SME's & Schools.

Political and charitable donations

We are not aligned with any political parties or given any donations to any political parties in UK or elsewhere. Our Directors participate in various charitable donations drives/walks like Walks for Diabetics, Samaritans, and Cancer research UK, etc., however we have not given any donations.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

We value the UNSDG- sustainable goals and practise DEI in its spirits.

Additional information

Our directors have undergone the necessary training & certified by ISEP-EU. Our Directors volunteer as Governors with three schools in Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
