Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees, including directors, was 8 (2023: 8).

ULEARN EDUCATION LIMITED (09311556) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre, Hopwood Lane, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 5ER, England.

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
