Accounting basis and standards
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to
Mr J Harper
, the director, totallng £7,006 (2024 - £Nil). Repayments of £26,494l were made by 06 April 2025 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 31 January 2025, was £57,377 (2024 - £76,866). Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 2% per annum to 5 April 2023 and 2.25% therafter, loans are repayable on demand.
