These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company provided the director with an interest free loan of £472,044.22 (£295,643.66 - 2024) of which £485,659.91 (£262,797.78 - 2024) was repaid, with the residual credit £19,230.19 (£32,845.88 - 2024) outstanding at the year end, which is unsecured, repayable on demand and shown under Current Assets.The residual balance of £19,230.19 was fully repaid to the company on 31 August 2025.
Additional Disclosures
Going concern After reviewing the company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing its financial statements.
