The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 3 (previous period: 2).
Additional Disclosures
The company had net obligations under finance leases and hire purchase contracts included in the statement of financial position as at 31 March 2025 totalling £271 (2024 - £3,519) which are secured over the assets concerned. The company had bank loans included in the statement of financial position as at 31 March 2025 totalling £52,559 (2024 - £nil) which are secured over the assets concerned. Included within these bank loans are amounts totalling £49,550 (2024 - £nil) repayable by instalments which fall due for payment after five years The total amount of financial commitments not included in the statement of financial position with future minimum lease payments for operating leases expiring later than one year and not later than five years is £nil (2024 - £22,500).
