The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period the director had a loan account with the company. At 1st April 2024, the director owed the company £10,176. During the year the company provided further loan advances of £1,824 and the director made repayments of £2,804. At 31st March 2025, the director owed the company £9,195. Interest of £222 has been calculated and charged on this loan using HM Revenue and Customs official rate for beneficial loan arrangements.
