NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS102 section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006 .
1b. Going Concern
The company had net liabilities of £1,506,297 at the balance sheet date. However, included in Creditors was £3,793,484 owed to shareholders. With the continued support of the shareholders, the director believes the company to be a going concern.
1c. Depreciation
Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives.
Fixtures and Fittingsreducing balance 25%
1d. Investment Properties
Investment properties are included in the financial statements at fair value. Gains and losses on remeasurement of fair value are recognised in the Statement of comprehensive income, within Other operating income.
1e. Revaluation Reserve
Net gains less related deferred tax on remeasurement of fair value of investment property at the year end, are included in a nondistributable reserve, Investment property revaluation reserve (see also note9).
1f. Statutory Information

1g. Financial Instruments
