These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
GOING CONCERN At the financial year end the Company liabilities exceeded it's assets. The Director is the principle creditor and continues to support the Company for the foreseeable future and the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.
