Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 2 (2024: 2 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

At 1 April 2024 the director owed the company £2,870 (1 April 2023- £2,090), payments made by the director on behalf of the company were £23,437 (2024 - £11,513), dividends of £12,000 (2024 - £6,000) were credited to the loan account and net wages of £12,564 (2024 - £7,265) were also credited to the loan account. During the year the company paid £50,805 (2024 - £25,558) to the director. At 31 March 2025 the director owed the company £5,674 (31 March 2024 £2,870). The loan does not carry interest and is repayable on demand. The company paid dividends of £12,000 (2024 - £6,000) in the year.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
