The financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern, as the company ceased trading during the current year. The directors resolved to discontinue operations and are taking steps to wind up the company. All assets have been realised and liabilities settled or provided for as at the balance sheet date. Accordingly, the financial statements do not include any adjustments that would otherwise be necessary if the company were to continue as a going concern.
