1.Accounting policies

Investment property

The company’s investment property is held at cost of £2,994,322 (2024: £1,505,568).

Investment properties are carried at historical cost in accordance with FRS105.

No depreciation or amortisation has been charged in the year as the directors consider the property to have a residual value at least equal to its carrying amount.

The directors have reviewed the carrying value at the year end and consider that no impairment is required.

Related party transactions

At the year end the company owed £218,855 (2024: £208,059) to the director. The loan is unsecured, free of interest and repayable on demand
