Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover comprises the invoiced value of goods and services supplied by the company, net of Value Added Tax and trade discounts.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible fixed assets, other than freehold land, are stated at cost or valuation less depreciation and any provision for impairment. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost or valuation of fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives.

Company activities and impact

The company provides psychological therapy services for issues depending upon the requirements of the local residents. Events are also held also held to allow the community to access various services available. Seminars are held provide education to all concerned who require or provide support to those with emotional and psychological needs. Rooms and facilities are also available to hire by our team of consultants.

Consultation with stakeholders

During events and seminar’s, we engage with the local community to assess what the local community requires to improve their emotional and psychological well-being. Our team of consultants also have meetings and consult with each other as to how the organisation can best meets its objectives.
