2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Government Grants: The company received £35,000 from Innovate UK in the year ended 31 March 2025. A further £15,000 is receivable in April 2025. These grants are for research and development activities in voice biomarker technology for dementia detection. Grant income is recognised when received and conditions are substantially met through qualifying expenditure.
